Very Good

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The pool looked nice and clean but unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use it. Breakfast was basic but adequate.

The bathroom was quite small and we had a corner shower where the door opened into the shower. Being a little larger than the average Vietnamese person it was pretty squeezy to get in and out of. We opted for twin beds on our booking but had a queen when we arrived. We were put into another room and changed the next day, so that was a little inconvenient but was rectified with sincerest apologies asap. The driver who did airport transfer was the worst and most dangerous driver we had for our 3 week trip. The hotel booked him but not sure if he is affiliated with hotel or private....

Great hotel to stay for a visit to Hoi An

This hotel is a great choice when staying in Hoi An. It’s a very comfortable hotel and very well located in the centre but far enough away from the bar/restaurant strip nearby. Breakfast is as very tasty with good choices. Staff were very helpful. I’d choose this hotel again when we come back to Hoi A which my favourite place from our trip to Vietnam.

Very minor complaint, but cabinet seemed a bit old and dusty so we weren't keen to hang out clothes in it.

Clean,.comfortable hotel in a great location.

A very clean and comfortable hotel in a great location in Hoi An for walking around, right next to the night market and pedestrianised areas. Staff were helpful with sorting out transfers for us. Breakfast was delicious!

The staff could perhaps have made some more personalised recommendations for our situation (family with two toddlers) but we had limited time so wandering around the town was plenty to keep us busy.

Comfortable, great location and would come back for sure!

Great location, just behind the night market street and where all the bars are. Was fun to walk through it nightly! Rooms were comfortable and we had a balcony room facing the river- really nice to overlook the quieter side of Hoi An. The front of house staff were also very nice, helped us book a car to Da Nang and breakfast also great!

The rooms were a little dark at night- there are very few lights available so sometimes difficult to see but not bad!

Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel seems to be located in a random residential area but when you walk around, you'll find that it is near restaurants & bars that are lined up by the river. It is also very near the theater and the night market. Even though the street it was in was adjacent to a very active tourist street, it feels & seems to be quiet and peaceful at night -- like you are staying in a rural province. I also got the same impression when I entered the hotel. They had a very open & welcoming lobby taking advantage of the open room set up. Right across the reception was the infinity pool. The pool was not so big looked really tempting as the warm & sunny weather compliments the usage of this facility. The manager who welcomed us was very accommodating & even shared hot spots to visit around the area. I can also definitely say that the staff of the hotel were very accommodating & friendly. The rooms were very spacious and very modern looking, this hotel offered one of the of the best rooms I've been on during our trip. There is a very big balcony outside our room with a nice alfresco lounge set. I appreciate the balcony so much because I was able to dry some of my clothes and taking advantage of the sunny weather. Our room had 2 big beds with a floor to ceiling window and a door access to the balcony. I enjoyed our stay in this hotel because it gave a very homey yet luxurious feel to our stay. Overall, you'll get your money's worth by staying in this hotel with the spacious & comfortable rooms.

We had a little miscommunication during check in that reflected during out check out. We were told that we can consume all the water bottles prepared in our rooms. There were 1L & 250mL water bottles & we consumed both. Upon check out, we were told that this was not free & that we needed to pay (of course hotels would charge more than convenient or grocery stores). Unfortunately, the manager was not around during out check out as we needed to leave at dawn. Moreover, we were told that a breakfast would be prepared for us to carry out upon our check out as breakfast is included in our stay but will not be able to avail it on our last day or on our departure as it is a few hours before they start serving. Unfortunately, this was not provided although I appreciate the thought

Cute boutique hotel with super helpful and friendly staff!

A small and cute boutique hotel quite well located within minutes walk from the ancient town. Extremely friendly and helpful staff who were ready to assist with anything. Breakfast buffet was simple but delicious. Rooms were clean and amenities also provided. Bathroom clean and good shower with hot water. There’s even a small pool and some lounge chairs to relax. Wifi strength is very good.

The family room we had was a bit small and tight for a family of four. Some of the electric sockets weren’t working. The bathroom is also a bit on the small side. Not enough space or hangers to hang clothes up.

The location is great! It's very near to the old town with walking distance. The hotel breakfast is good and nice too.

For shower, the water pressure is very low. The rest was fantastic and great.

Hoi An is delightful and staying at the authentic and affordable La A made the experience even better. Being so close to

La An was so close to everything yet tucked away from the noise and bustle of the Old Town. Staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights.

This is a low cost option not a flashy hotel and as such you expect some eccentricity. The “balcony “ was just wide enough to stand on and overlooked a back lane way. The shower door opened awkwardly into the shower meaning getting in and closing the door took some gymnastics!

Excellent location near to so much!

We had the bedroom with the bathroom only separated by a curtain. It was musty smelling and hard to stop water going everywhere
